WEST LINN ESTATE

Many layers went into the design of this West Linn Residence. One focus was enhancing the existing grade changes throughout their property with upgraded planting. Emphasis was put on the flagstone patio with fire pit and sitting walls to maximize their views of the countryside. We added a basalt stone stairway into the lawn area and updated the roundabout driveway. Restoration planting occurred around creek area with the addition of a wood chip pathway. Improved drainage was added for all open lawn areas.
