Erika Kleibrink - Since her childhood days in Virginia, Erika Kleibrink became consumed by everything outdoors, and decided then and there that she would devote her life to creating magical, enticing worlds for others to enjoy as well. This decision, made at the tender age of 11, eventually led her to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Cornell University. With additional European study abroad courses, she fell in love with the varied European garden traditions and the many ways other countries were incorporating sustainable design into their public spaces. After graduating in 2013 with a BS in Landscape Architecture from Cornell, filled with ideals, she eagerly applied her knowledge as a plant guru to various residential applications, first in Wisconsin and then in the Portland, Oregon area. She is enthralled by the diverse flora found throughout Oregon and tries to integrate dynamic plant pallets into every design so each space comes alive throughout the seasons. After working for four years with Loen Nursery Garden Center, she is thrilled to be working in her fourth year with Clement Walsh Landscape Architect, Inc. as a Senior Landscape Designer.
